YES YOU CAN!

Last week's election has reminded me once again that anything is possible.

The first step is to know what you want and really let yourself want it. Imagine yourself having what it is you are wanting and ask yourself is this really it. Is this what I really, really want?

If yes, feel into your vision again and ask, is this it? Is this what I really, really, really want? It's the third really that helps you sort what you think you want, what you were taught to believe you should want from what you really, really want.

Remember, what you imagine you want may be a symbol for an experience you are looking for. Take the time to discover if it's the red sports car you are wanting, or the experience of freedom and expression. If it is the latter, there are many other ways to create what you really, really, really want.

Once you know what it is, believe you can have it. This will motivate you to do whatever it takes to turn your dreams into reality.

Keep your eyes focused on your goal and take continued action. I am thinking of the photo of the bottom of Barack Obama's shoes. The one with the holes in the soles. He walked many, many miles in those shoes doing what was needed.

"The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year, or even one term, but... we will get there." -- Barack Obama

I guess he'll need another pair of shoes to support him in the next leg of the journey. When you dream big, there is a lot to do. No one said making your dreams come true involves anything less than work.

"Work is our love made visible." -- Kahlil Gibran

Just because work is required doesn't mean work is hard. When we work to serve manifesting our heart's desire, our work is our loving in action.

Knowing what you want and taking action are the first steps. Next we are to let go and receive. We let go of our attachment to having what we say we want. We remind ourselves we'll be fine if we get it, as we are fine now. We do not delay happiness or gratitude.

AND we receive that which is brought to us.

"Our expectations are rarely met, but they are always exceeded." -- Eli Jaxon-Bear

We trust that we will manifest "this or something better." That if what we are wanting does not happen, that something better is on the way.

We also open to inspiration and take action on what we receive as inner guidance. Thomas Edison was inspired to invent the light bulb BEFORE homes were wired for light.

Now is a fertile time for change, in our country, in our world, in our lives. How do you want to be part of the change?
