Celebrate
Your Choices by Leslie Karen Sann
Too often we focus on what didn't work out. Many of
us come to the conclusion that if things didn't work out according to our
plans then somehow we have failed. But is that really true?
Is it a failure to take advantage of our intrinsic
freedom to choose? When we make a choice, we produce a result. We can
focus on the result and discover what we created. We can also celebrate
our choices! We have made a choice and created an outcome. How cool is
that?
Powerful people make things happen. Whatever has
occurred, you have utilized the power of choice to make something happen.
This is a gift. Now you can discover what you did that worked and what
didn't so you can MAKE ANOTHER CHOICE and produce another outcome.
Taking action, making choices, creates new
experiences. Experience brings learning and learning generates wisdom.
Wisdom develops from making sense of what we experience, NO MATTER what
the result.
You have made choices in the past and are living the
result of those choices now. Beautiful. Celebrate that. Celebrate the
lessons learned, the lessons being learned and realize you can choose
again -- and again -- and again. How fortunate to be free to choose!
Realizing the joy in choosing is exciting. When we
recognize the blessing in the freedom to choose, we can also look to the
future with excitement, knowing it too is filled with opportunities to
choose and to choose again.
